Three situations make up most of our North Browning calls. First, mice in the walls.
Freeze-thaw cycles can widen foundation cracks in wood-frame and manufactured homes, and a mouse needs a gap of about 1/4 inch dime-sized to move in. We run a full entry-point inspection, seal openings, and set snap traps sized to the animal. Your own check: look along the foundation for gaps you could slide a pencil through.
Second, spring water problems. Spring snowmelt can increase basement moisture, and standing water after rain can support mosquito breeding in low spots around rural ranch properties. We treat yards and perimeters for mosquito control and point out the containers and depressions holding water.
Third, summer stingers. Thunderstorms may bring hail and strong winds that tear open eaves, and wasps move into the gaps. We remove nests and treat the void. We cover all of 59417, town and outlying ranches alike. Call (855) 681-0299 to book an inspection.
