Terms of Service in Montana

What Our Pest Control Work Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to pest control work Montana Pest Pros agrees to perform at the service location. The written estimate, service order, or other approved work description identifies the pests, treatment areas, methods, and any follow-up included.
Work not listed there such as repairs, sanitation, exclusion construction, moving stored items, or treating additional pests requires a separate agreement and may involve added charges. We will explain proposed changes and obtain approval before expanding the work.
Regulated pesticide work will be performed by appropriately licensed commercial applicators and in keeping with Montana Code Annotated 80-8, the Montana Pesticide Act, Montana Administrative Rules 4.10, and applicable FIFRA label directions. Pesticides must be used as labeled.
Handling and disposal of pesticide products and containers must follow applicable RCRA requirements, label instructions, and guidance from the Montana Department of Agriculture and United States Environmental Protection Agency. Other applicable requirements may include Montana Department of Environmental Quality rules, OSHA standards, and Missoula County Environmental Health requirements when relevant.
Arranging, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method we make available. A booking is confirmed when Montana Pest Pros and the customer agree on a service date, location, and planned work.
Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about relevant conditions, including pets, occupants, prior treatments, or areas that cannot be reached. Any preparation instructions will be shared before the visit when applicable.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible using the details below. Your estimate or service agreement may state a notice period or any applicable cancellation charge; if it does not, ask us to confirm the terms before booking.
Weather, safety concerns, access problems, or other conditions may require rescheduling, and we will contact you to arrange a new time. We will not add work beyond the approved scope without your consent.
A scope change means a request to treat different pests or areas, use additional services, or otherwise alter the agreed work.
Estimates, Changes, and Amounts Due
An estimate describes the work and price proposed based on the information available and conditions observed or reported at the time. It is not approval to perform work until you accept it and arrange service.
Conditions discovered during inspection may affect the recommended approach or scope. Montana Pest Pros will explain any proposed change and obtain your approval before performing work outside the accepted estimate. You may ask for a revised written estimate before deciding.
The estimate, invoice, or service agreement will state the price, applicable charges, and payment timing. Unless that document says otherwise, payment is due as shown on the invoice.
We do not promise a particular price or payment arrangement unless it is confirmed in writing. If you dispute a charge, contact us promptly with the invoice details so we can review it.
You remain responsible for amounts due for authorized work, subject to applicable law and any written agreement. Additional services requested after the original approval may be priced separately and require separate approval.
What to Know About Service Guarantees
Any workmanship warranty or treatment guarantee applies only when Montana Pest Pros provides it in writing for the specific service. The written terms will explain what work is covered, how long coverage lasts, and what steps are required to request a return visit.
These terms do not create a blanket warranty or promise that pests will never return. Results can depend on the pest, site conditions, access, sanitation, building openings, and factors outside the service work.
If a written warranty applies, it may exclude conditions or work outside its stated coverage. Changes made by others, failure to follow preparation or follow-up instructions, inaccessible treatment areas, or a new pest source may affect coverage when the written terms say so.
Contact us with the service date, location, and concern so we can review the applicable agreement. No warranty term, duration, or remedy should be assumed unless it appears in the written service documents. Applicable consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Service Expert at Montana Pest Pros
I built my pest-control experience working in western Montana, where cold winters drive mice indoors and short, warm seasons bring out ants and wasps. I started this company in Missoula to give Montana homeowners clear explanations, careful inspections, and practical treatment plans suited to local conditions.
Responsibility for Service-Related Losses
To the extent allowed by law, Montana Pest Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it, including liability that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, pest activity, building defects, or conditions that were not caused by our work. We also cannot control conditions beyond the agreed treatment area or changes occurring after the visit.
Nothing in these terms excuses compliance with Montana Code Annotated 80-8, Montana Administrative Rules 4.10, or FIFRA requirements that pesticides be used according to product labeling. Regulated pesticide work must be performed under applicable Montana commercial applicator licensing rules.
Pesticide waste and containers must be handled in keeping with relevant RCRA requirements and applicable label and EPA disposal instructions. This section does not waive rights or duties imposed by law, including applicable Montana requirements.
Questions About These Terms
For questions about these terms, an estimate, or an existing service, contact Montana Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or [email protected]. You may also write to 500 N Higgins Ave, Suite 105, Missoula, MT, United States.
Include your name, service address, and any relevant invoice or appointment details so we can identify the matter. Do not send sensitive personal information by email unless needed.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on the applicable page or otherwise provided to customers, with an updated effective date when appropriate.
Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise; the terms provided with an accepted service agreement govern that service unless you and Montana Pest Pros agree in writing to a change. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification.
